Improve core strength, flexibility and wellbeing through gentle controlled movement. Suitable for mixed abilities. 

45 mins (Currently on Zoom)

Fun bootcamp drills combining cardio and strength. No equipment required. Exercise options will be given to suit different fitness levels. 

30-35 mins (Currently on Zoom)

Interval training focussed on cardio fitness to burn calories. Low impact variations, modifications and progressions are given to suit different fitness levels.

45-50 mins (Currently on Zoom)

Resistance class with some cardio exercises which are low impact focussed. Options will be given for those who want to pump it up and those who would like to be more gentle. Suitable for all abilities. Designed to encourage strength for total body conditioning with some light pulse raisers to encourage good cardio health. (Mini bands required)

50-60 mins (Currently on Zoom)
