Power Pilates is a dynamic 60-minute class that blends traditional Pilates principles with modern, functional training methods to create a challenging yet controlled full-body workout. The class focuses on core strength, stability, posture, and mobility, while also building strength, endurance, and coordination through purposeful, flowing movement patterns.
What sets Power Pilates apart is the greater emphasis on added resistance. Alongside classic bodyweight and flow-based Pilates movements, the session incorporates light weights, Pilates balls, and resistance bands to challenge the muscles in a different way, encouraging increased strength and muscular endurance. This makes Power Pilates a great complement to your regular Pilates Fitness class — offering a more strength-focused experience while still maintaining the mindful control, alignment, and quality of movement that Pilates is known for.
