We use light dumbbells, small equipment and our body weight to tone our body shape. Including strength, Pilates and Barre™ inspired exercises, this high rep, low weight class encourages muscular endurance. You can expect a low to moderate cardio response and a sweaty glow after this class however the emphasis is on strength. If you like the “burn” and to feel your muscles work, Sculpt is the class for you!


Please bring an exercise mat with you to this class as these are not provided for hygiene reasons. Please note, this class will include work from standing to the floor. Before taking part you must fill in a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q) form. A link follows. The answers must be checked and cleared prior to you taking part in classes.
