Fat Loss Personal Training

The Tracker Package is all about…tracking! And I’ll be tracking you. Over a 6 week period we will combine personal training gym sessions, calorie targeting, food strategies, step counts, scheduled Measurement meets and support via WhatsApp. 


All of this combined with my personal coaching is aimed to get you on track and keep you on track for the long term.
